***The Irish Mardi Gras Cooking Class that was going to be taught by Jeannie Wilson this Thursday March 3rd has been rescheduled for Thursday the 10th.  Don't miss it, it's gonna be a good one!!

Relief Society Christmas

Hi Ladies,

Just a reminder that this Thurs is our Relief Society Christmas Party. It will be at the Driggers Residence, 140 12th Ave N, Safety Harbor, FL 34695 from 6:30 to 8pm. Food is provided just bring yourselves and come have a great time!

Also,

Guilfoil Ballet Theater will be having their Nutcracker 2010 Performance on Dec 18, 2010 at 7pm.  You can purchase tickets by calling 727-216-6989. Performances are held at the James B. White Performance Arts Center 2750 Haines Bayshore Rd.,Clearwater.

Sister Sherri Hodges' daughter dances in this performance. She was trying to hand out flyers at church but missed many of you, mention the flyer and you get $5 off.

*Dec. 5th  Ward Christas Bingo/Appetizer/Dessert "Jingle Mingle" at 6:30. 1st Presidency Christmas    Devotional to follow at 8pm

*Dec 9th    Relief Society Christmas Party. Driggers Residence 6:30-8pm

*Dec 10th   Elders Quorem Christmas Party 

*Dec 12th   Stake Christmas Concert, Stake Center 6pm

Thanksgiving Dinner

Just a reminder that the Clearwater Ward Thanksgiving dinner is tonight at 5:30. If you signed up to bring something don't forget it...see you there!

Ward Temple Trip- August 28th

Hi Sisters,
Just a reminder about the ward temple trip this Saturday. This is going to be a fantastic experience and I hope that you will all be attending. Remember, if you are taking the bus you need to be at church by 5:45am.  The itinerary for the day go as follows:

8:30- Adult and Youth Baptisms
9:00- Temple tour for ALL
9:00-12:00- Nursery at Stake Center, Children's Crafts, Movie, Snacks

10:00- Combined Class at Stake Center "Recognizing the Spirit"
10:30-12:00- half-hour classes in rotation:
A)"Joseph Smith and the Sacred Grove" by Eric Larsen
B)"Life and Ministry of Jesus Christ" by Chris Hoard
C)"Power of the Temple and & Sacred Experiences" by The Kitchens

12:30-1:30- Lunch is served

1:30-2:00- President Hoagland Speaks

2:00- Testimony Meeting

Also, we would ask that when you are done enjoying the Temple or the classes that you would help with the primary children and the nursery so that those leaders may also partake of the Temple.  This will truly be a memorable and spiritual experience! Hope to see you all there!

Back to School Night!

Just a reminder about our Back-to-School activity tonight! Please join us at 7:30 in the Relief Society Room. There will be a few guest speakers and apple crisp-yum!  Don't forget that we are also collecting school supplies for our adopted school: Sandy Lane Elementary.  So, if you have any supplies ie spiral notebooks, crayons, pencils, pencil sharpeners, etc please bring them tonight. Also, we are trying to sponsor a classroom at the school. It only costs $150.00 and we are half way there so if you would rather donate a couple of dollars that is great too! Hope to see you all tonight!
