Below are community events that are going on throughout the area.They are listed as  a resource to those interested. Some may have a fee involved. Events listed below are not an official/sponsored church activity. 

Every Friday in October, 7:30 -9:30 pm Films in the Park Pioneer Park, Downtown Dunedin. 

Free to attend; Movies begin at dark.Grab your blanket and picnic basket and head downtown for a relaxing evening watching a movie under the night sky.  Concessions will be available. Friday, Oct 4th (6 -11pm)& Saturday Oct 5th (10am- llpm) - Fall Festival at Historic Downtown in Tarpon Springs. Free. Live music, food vendors, arts and craft vendors. Free parking and free shuttle at the dog/splash park at 508 Live Oak St.

Oct 5th (12:30 - 9:30 pm) Celebrate Oldsmar  R.E. Oldsmar Park. Grab your lawnchairs, kids and neighbors for what will be an action packed day!Celebrate Oldsmar features live music, inflatables, food trucks, beer/wine, and....FIREWORKS! FREE Admission! We have over 10 inflatables ready - $5 all you can bounce! Remember NO COOLERS.BACKPACKS orLARGE BAGS permitted

Oct 18th -20 and 25 -26 Upper Tampa Bay Oktoberfest. Tampa Bay Downs 11225 Racetrack Road. Authentic German food, Drink, Music & Dancing, Log sawing, Arts& Crafts.

Oct 25th at 5pm - Downtown Dunedin Trick or Treat Event. Free. Put on your costumes and bring your halloween buckets for candy from the vendors downtown. 

Oct 26th (5:30 pm-9:30 pm) Dunedin Halloween Happenings at Highlander Park in Dunedin. 

Dunedin Parks & Recreation presents their annual, spooktaular "Halloween Happenings" event at Highlander Park, featuring a Haunted Hayride through the park, carnival games, kid crafts, bounce houses, DJ music jams and costume contests for all ages, families and groups.Designed especially for the little ones, you'll enjoy Boo in the Zoo (hand puppets giving out candy) and a Little Goblins Hayride (it's friendly, not scary).

$5 Parking $5 Haunted Hayride $10 Wristband (includes bounce houses, games, crafts, Boo in the Zoo and Little Goblins Hayride)

Dunedin Parks & Recreation is looking for 160+ volunteers (teens, adults, civic groups) to help with hayrides, decorated scenes, games and activities. You may dress in costume depending on tasks. All volunteers will receive food and drink tickets
